Resting Grounds Floor Blocked

[I'm a banana]

I got stuck in the resting ground after getting the Dream Nail, but under the platform that you fall onto from Crystal Peak is blocked off and I don't know how to open it. I know there is a trick you can do to get in from the Forgotten Crossroads, but I'm not sure that is what is suppose to happen, can anyone help?

I don't have access to that though, I only have access to the level with the dream nail, the hole down to the blue lake, and I don't have a tram pass.

If you can reach Seer, you can also reach the stagway in there. It's down and across from her.
