Stuck at failed tramway

at failed tramway i turn left to get the pass after that i cant get pass, i cant jump over a piece of curved rock, am i missing something ?

The only thing you need to be able to reach the tram pass is the Mantis Claw. If you mean the rock to the left of where you found the pass, that's just a dead end. If you grabbed the pass you're safe to head back.

when i head back there's a rock which shape like a T i cant jump on it since the upper part blocked it

You mean this one? All you need to do is jump as high as you can from the one on the very left of the screen here and dash. It'll get you onto the wall then up here.
