I have uploaded game files to sd card and tried to convert files from "save" folder with this tool but it writes that the file could not decrypted.
Is there a guide on how to use this tool?

You can try selecting "Nintendo Switch Mode" or deselecting it before choosing a file. If it will still not work in both cases then you can search for some help on Google (I don't have a Switch so I can't really help).

I don't know. The only thing you need is the ability to transfer Hollow Knight's save files from your switch to some external thing, such as an SD card, as mentioned by Dalvas. I don't know if that process is normally possible with a Switch, but i would assume so?
