Report a translation problem
Go to Control Panel -> Sound -> find current active (default) device, click Properties.
In the Supported format make sure it just 44-96kHZ and in Encoder format disable all.
Go to Advanced and select something lower than current value, like, 2 channel 24bit 48k or 2ch, 16b, 48k.
This is not a solution (but would be great), just a test, you don't have to do it. Don't forget to restore original options when done.

And it definitely only does it while playing this game.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I have higher specs than this game's recommended and I experience no stuttering with movements. Only the audio is problematic... So there must be a different explanation. I experience no issues with other games.
Edit: When I booted up my computer and ran the game again, the audio issues were gone. Will post here if ever the problem returns.
