I broken my Soul meter with Overcharm
Can I Fix It?

If your soul meter has broken, it is because you died somewhere. Go back to where you died and find the Shade you left behind, destroying it will restore your Soul meter.

There is also an NPC in Dirtmouth who will bring your Shade directly to you if you cannot find it, provided you've unlocked his home in the graveyard and have Rancid Eggs to trade him.
