You can come back here and blame us when you don't like it! :-)
I bought it and I am back ... but so far not to blame you. I haven't played long enough because I have a tiny problem with the game. I ALWAYS use kb+m for controls since I hate controllers (I know it is designed for one). I played Ori and the others fine with kb+m but in Hollow Knight it does not let me rebind my mouse buttons. Is there any way to do this or is it a missing feature?
That was my experience as well but tbh I don't understand the decision. I have 5 buttons on my mouse so using these would be the much better solution than using 5 seperate keys on keyboard along with movement controls. Using the mouse I normally put "jump" on MMB attack on left and secondary ability on right ... special abiltys could be on 4th and 5th button. I don't want to use the mouse to move at all.
Gotta be flexible to play games on pc just saying, the controls are great.
Really? I've got to be flexible on PC? I am playing on PC so that I don't have to be flexible at all. Otherwise I could as well use a console. But that is not the point here. I am able to play with keyboard only but I prefer to use the mouse as well whenever I have several additional buttons to use like in this case. There is absolutely no reason to prevent it to rebind mouse buttons as well. I used a third party application to achive this and I am playing fine for over 11 hours now. It probably is not even much work to integrate this. I am not really talking about a new feature I am talking about the removal of a block. I can rebind all buttons on nearly all games with rebindable keys - why isn't this possble here?
