That sounds like teleporting around the map, youst this games version of it, right?
Sounds good enough, I have to wonder though since they give you another transport option in the update if there are very few of these stag places around the map.
Clearly, the game values exploration and you won't have a stag place every two rooms. There is usually one per major area and within 5-10 minutes walk from any given point! I think the consensus is that it's fine as it is.
There was one notable exception which made sense thematically but that forced players to take the same 3-4minutes path many times during the game if they wanted to get to a tram station from a stag station. It wasn't bad at all on itself, but the repetition of it made it not ideal in the long run. I believe that why they're bringing an extra stag station in the next update.
So the Dream Gate thing coming up seems to be more about offering new interesting gameplay and lore than anything else, but we shall find out soon lol
There's 10 of them scattered around, but it's not like they're right next to each other. A certain amount of trekking is required to access them. The update in July are going to add more though in addition to the Dream Gates. Apparently some people want still more ways to move around quickly, and Team Cherry is willing to grant them that.
