What places can I explore with Isma's Tear?

I explored the are to the left of Legeater, and I got a Seal from a corpse, but where else are places I can go to? I remember some areas, but I can't exactly pinpoint where they are. Is there some sort of list for these things?

Already was there, but I remember a place with thorns hanging from the ceiling, and the you couldn't dash under them because of a poison pit, but idk where that was :/

I believe the area you're talking about is in the left side of the fog canyon.
