What to do in Spirit's Glade ?

All the NPC's I tried to fight killed me within seconds.
Should I fight them ?

No. I mean you could if you want to, but why? You'd get like 40 extra essence maybe? It's a place Team Cherry put in there for the kickstarters who backed them up back when they were developing Hollow Knight.

There's also a King Idol in there too, and another secret room leading to more kickstarter content.

There's not much to be done in the Spirits' Glade aside from a negligible amount of dream essence (in the form of the spirits there, and one whispering root). It's mostly there for lore and flavour. The spirits in there are an acknowledgement to big backers on the game's original Kickstarter campaign.
You can completely skip the area without losing out on any completion percentage or powerups.

my advice is, dont dream nail none of the npcs tough the game, its not necessary for completion, and didnt give u a good amount of points (only 1, to make the npc gone forever in the save).

Yeah like everyone else said, don't dream nail them xD Just go around and talk to the spirits. There's a lot of really unique bug designs and personalities, and while talking to them doesn't accomplish anything (not really even lore wise), it's pretty immersive and lowkey relaxing after you're tired from fighting bosses but don't really wanna exit the game yet xD
