Is Kingsoul Even A Good Charm?

Alright i went through the pain of getting Kingsoul, Traitor Lord was surprisingly tough but i just used a bunch of companion charms with descending dark and he was gone real quick.

I knew Kingsoul's stats before even getting it, but now that i have it, i would like to know if its even a good charm.

I mean infinite soul is nice yeah, but it regenerates the soul PAINFULLY slow. And it has a very steep notch price. I was hoping that you could use it with soul catcher/eater and maybe it would accelerate the regeneration, but no luck. It gives enough soul to constantly have flies with glowing womb, but other than that its pretty much just a slow amount of soul.

Is this thing even ever worth using? I know it can unlock areas, but why use it?

It's pretty terrible. You'd be better off using any other charm that improves soul collection.

It has one other place I can think of that it's semi usable, and that's if you're planning to overcharm it's a goodish choice for your last notch. Still probably overshadowed by Soul Eater in that niche, but it's there.

Honestly, if it WAS a good charm, I'd be pretty miffed because you lose it as part of the story.

It's theoretically good for difficult platforming sections, providing potentially infinite healing, but Hiveblood can do that too, and you can get it WAY earlier. I could also see a use for it with the delicate flower quest, to kill everything with magic from range.

yeah it seems good for delicate flower and that's pretty much it.

It is supposed to be used for story. I recommend you to not use it in combat. It is kinda not worth the 5 slots.
