You can actually finish the area below the Crystal Peak (it's called Resting Ground, btw) but you could also revisit it later when you've got another ability, to make it easier. But the Resting Ground is totally doable with what you have now.
Alternatively, there's a place below the City of Tears where you can fully explore now that you have the super dash.
I wasn't able to clear the area though, I just managed to get to the resting grounds after tons of pain and grief and wishes to uninstall. Resting grounds felt like heaven after that.

And somehow I knew Crystal Peak wasn't the place to go next as I needed the 1800 geo or so lamp which I harvested by killing the bug with the club around 40 times. But I'm stupidly stuborn and got totally blinded.
Which miniboss is this? o.o

Don't worry, most bosses and minibosses in this game are optional.
