I can't hold all this Geo!

Okay, to give you an idea of where I am right now, I'm about 8 hours in, and just got the dream nail. I have been collecting Geo like crazy, and the only available shops I'm aware about are all sold out. I have upwards of 10k geo and I really don't want to lost them from a stupid death. Are there any more shops that I don't know about, or a bank further down the line?

Yes, there is a base game small geo sink, and a dlc game large geo sink. you can use on those.

activate grim troupe dlc and buy an unbreakable

there is a bank at the bottom left of Fog Canyon.
The shops that you can go to are, Sly, Salubra, Map shop and Leg Eater. (I don't recall if theres anymore.)

Other things you need geo for

If you've found the fragile charms, later you can change them to Unbreakable by paying an insane amount of geo to Divine (part of grimm troupe quest)
you also need to pay 3k for a vessel fragment in the ancient basin
800 for a nail art in Kingdoms Edge
Little less then 2k to unlock the trials in a specific area in the north of Kingdoms Edge
Benches, Stag Stations, nail upgrades, and maps all cost money too, so don't forget to keep some geo for'em.

There is a bank, but there’s a hard limit on how much you can store there. As for shops, there’s a mid-late game shop that is extremely expensive that was put in specifically to give people somewhere to spend their amassed geo. You can also use a simple key to the right of Dirtmouth to access Confessor Jiji who can help with not losing your money.

There's also an NPC of the grimm troupe DLC that upgrades the Leg eater's fragile charms, for more than 10k geo, so I recommend you to spend them on those upgrades

I'd use that money towards the Unbreakable versions of Leg Eater's charms, which you get through the Grimm Troupe. I'd advise upgrading the Fragile Greed charm first, then use it's Unbreakable form to amass funds for the other 2.

The Bank isn't a good idea for what you're trying to accomplish. You will quickly end up just getting even more geo without a place to hold it.

There's also a fountain in Ancient Basin, that will give you something if you put 3k into it.
