Hey guys why is there a empty circle on the statue? Is this for the Sisters of Battle I have been hearing about?

Yes it is sisters of battle there.

To unlock them you need to face them at least once in the fifth pantheon. It starts just like Mantis lords, except that you fight the 3 sisters instead of just 2 in the second phase.
I really enjoy this fight, it's probably one of my favorites.

Thanks. Are those statues only there for practice or after you beat them, the gates on the right hand side will open?

Yes, the bottom gate will open once you beat them all and what's inside will upgrade if you beat all on Ascended or Radiant level.

Just a bit more of information about this area:

he upper door is where the final boss of the 5th Pantheon is located. It will open when you face that boss once.

The bottom door opens as described above. Beat all bosses in the Pantheon in any difficulty.

There is also a hidden area in this room, that allows you to fight a very special enemy. If you want more information, look for "Eternal Ordeal", on youtube to learn how to find that area.

Same here. It's a wild battle but really not too hard...even with the third Sister joining in, I had enough practice to be able to handle it.
