At least Divine is kind enough to leave whatever charm you gave her without upgrading back in Dirtmouth. I had given her my Fragile Strength in my first playthrough and thought it was smart to see what Banishing did. Thought I was screwed out of the Strength since Leg Eater doesn't offer you a new one when you do that. But revisiting her old tent spot, I found my charm lying on the ground there.
You don't need the unbreakable charms for the all charms achievement, the fragile versions will do just fine! And you will have lost your grimmchild charm, but that will also be replaced by something else that counts for all charms
