Full completion & Hunter's Journal

So, I THINK, that I did almost everything.
At this point, I have all 3 endings, bought and collected almost everything.
I am missing ONE entry from Hunter's Journal (157/158), any idea what it might be? I think, I have killed everything, including all all dream warriors, bosses and I aquired non-killable information (those big worms). I have checked with several lists and appareantly I have everything excluding Nightmare King, which is not needed for the Hunter Mask, is it?
Also, for the 112% completion (I have 106%), I need to also finish all Godmaster fights? Or is there something I don't have to do (except steel mode)?

You said you didn't have Pale Lurker? Have you completed that one? If I'm not mistaken, both the Pale Lurker and Flukemunga add to the journal for the new update.

The shards (if you need their locations) are
-4 bought from Sly
-1 from Grubfather (rewards for finding 5 Grubs)
-1 after defeating Crystal Guardian
-1 after defeating Brooding Mawlek
-1 for saving Bretta (in her house)
-1 after delivering the Delicate Flower from Grey Mourner
-1 in the Stone Sanctuary
-1 in Queen's Station
-1 in the Royal Waterways
-1 in Deepnest
-1 in The Hive

I found the one I was missing, it was in Stone Sanctuary. First time I was there, I just killed the boss and left, not realizing, there is hidden wall.

Don't worry, NKG is not that hard once you get to learn his moves. I am confident that you are going to like the fight.

Not really, this is literally the only boss in the game that drives me crazy... For me, hardest of them all (considering most of them were easy, the only really problematic for me was Soul Master in his dream form).
