Thanks! Where do you get the quick slash charm? People always talk about it but I cant seem to find it.

You can find quick slash in the south-east corner of the Kingdom's Edge.
Thanks!
More specifically, after Nailmaster Oro's hut, there's a breakable ground you can dive into that opens up a new area. Near the end of that place is the Quick Slash.
For the Belfly, you can just double jump to the side to avoid them (start jumping when they shriek, not when they appear. That would be too early). If you have Mark of Pride equipped, your nail range should be long enough to kill them without being hit, but I find jumping to avoid them much easier and less riskier.
For Primal Aspids, like the above poster mentioned, Shaman Stone Shade Soul pretty much one-shots them. Alternatively, Great Slash also one-shots them.
I see from your charm setup that you have 8 notches. I suggest getting the maximum number of notches (11) as it might help you. You might also want to try Nailmaster's Glory charm; Great Slash is really helpful in the trials. Apart from allowing you to kill Primal Aspids and Armored Squits in one hit, you can charge them while clinging to the wall - extremely helpful during the spiked floor no platform wave.
Also try to upgrade to the coiled version of the nail if you haven't already as that is the highest upgrade you can get by that point.
Using a charm to extend your nail reach is also widely useful. It alleviates the difficulties of reaching certain enemies when you have floor hazards to avoid as well as making the many easily pogo-able enemies that much easier to pogo.
