Some of the details in this game blow me away.
I just noticed if you sit next to Bretta on the bench too long, she starts blushing.

Anyone got any other cool little details they want to call out?

Slight spoilers, but nothing important. When Zote goes to Dirtmouth, after completing a certain condition, he'll be chatting up Bretta with stories of his "conquests". She seems enamored and clearly becomes infatuated with him, instead of the main character like she was before. There is something you can do in the game in order to face a dream version of Zote though, which you can do by finding a statue Bretta has made of Zote in her house's basement after completing certain criteria. After defeating the dream version of Zote (which has Bretta looking on in the background of the arena) and you go back up to where Zote is talking to Bretta, she now looks bored and unimpressed by his stories.

If you walk by Elderbug the first time and ignore him completely, just before you leave the area he sort of "waves" at you, as if calling you back.

If you Dream Nail her, the first thoughts were of admiration but after subsequent defeats, it changes to something like "Grey Prince... your words... are they repeating?"

Beat him enough times and Bretta will leave, but Zote would still be talking his mouth off.

There a moment where you can see Quile sitting in a bench, at the city of tear. If you sit in the bench with him, he will give some glance at you, as if enjoying your company.

At the "false knight" boss, ( the boss of the forgotten crossroad ) once you defeat him, and you wait LOOONG enough, you'll see that the big weapon he was carrying, was in fact, an insect/monster too! It will come back to life and try to escape.

Don't forget that, if you do come back to him, and talk to him, he will say he was afraid you would completely ignore him, as if he had become some kind of ghost.
The way the Nail Masters comment when they notice you've picked up the Arts from each of the other Masters.

Sly commenting as you improve your nail.

The way the very first breakable wall in the game is directly behind a geo deposit, so you pretty much can't miss it. This teaches you that breakable walls are a thing.

I like the way all your familiars go to sleep when you sit at a bench.

Especially the poopy Glowing Womb spawns. They look so fat. Cute nonetheless.

In the pure vessel fight, the boss lets out a battle cry at the start, but no sound comes out. "No voice to cry suffering".
