Can't access Pantheon 4?

To my knowledge I have beaten every boss in the game, but I am apparently missing one required to entire the fourth pantheon. Screenshot for reference:

Yup, you are missing Markoth. You can find him behind the Shadow gate at the Kingdom's Edge.

Wait the Hollow Knight is required for the 4th Pantheon?
That's odd. I didn't do the ending on this particular save until after I got 112%. I know I didn't, because I didn't have the Hollow Knight or Radiance entries, and the Hollow Knight was still chained up.

Hollow Knight is not required. It's Enraged Guardian, Lost Kin, No Eyes, Hornet 2, White Defender, Failed Champion, Markoth, Watcher Knights and Soul Tyrant.
