Tips For Binding Runs?

I figure it's probably a good idea to unlock the temp hp in break rooms before trying to tackle the fifth pantheon, so I'm looking for any advice people might have on how to do it as quickly as possible. In thinking about it myself, the fastest method I think myself capable of is probably doing Nail/Shell/Soul bindings all at once with charms equipped, then doing a Charm binding in a second run to finish it off. Any tips on what charm combinations might be best for the combined run? So far I'm leaning towards a spell-focused build given how weak the nail will be, but I'm open to suggestions.

I’d probably recommend doing the nail and soul bindings separately, since you’ll want at least one of them to be stronger. In any case, Nailmaster’s Glory could be useful, as in my experience Cyclone Slash tears through larger stationary bosses and great slash is good for the small fast ones.
You could also use some of the passive damage charms since they still do full damage (except maybe thorns), or try to mitigate the limitations the bindings put on you: Quick Slash + Strength can make your nail decent, or Shaman Stone + soul charms can make the limited soul less punishing.
