Question about the end of the 5th pantheon

So earlier today to finally was able to reach Absolute Radiance in the 5th pantheon, which I think I was even pretty close to beat on my first attempt, I got all the way to the 3rd phase where you are fighting on the floating platforms.

There's a bench after you defeat Nightmare King Grimm and right before the last 2 bosses back to back (at least I hope to god, no pun intended, that Absolute Radiance is the last boss).

My question is, does all your health get refilled between Pure Vessel and Absolute Radiance? And if so, does that also include extra health from Lifeblood Heart, Lifeblood Core and Joni's Blessing? I was thinking if I should switch to a charm build giving me as much health as possible once I reach the last bench, to give myself as many chances to make mistakes as possible.

My usual charm build throughout all the pantheons is Unbreakable Strength, Unbreakable Heart, Quick Slash and Mark of Pride. I find this to be a good way to get through all the bosses quickly and the extra health from Unbreakable Heart has saved me from death a couple times.

Hi, thinking of trying the same thing as I can pretty confidently get up to pure vessel but I’ve been losing to abs Radiance for a couple of days now. Did you find out if the lifeblood comes back when when fight her?

I don't know the answer to that question, but i do know that without any lifeblood charms, extra lifeblood will be kept.

Also, in case you didn't know : You can train against Absolute Radiance in the Hall of Gods.

afaik it only regens when you rest in a bench
