how do I start the new DLC?

Go to the Colosseum, there is a new breakable wall there. After getting the key from there, go to the Waterways and look for a new breakable ceiling near the Fluke infested area. Beyond this breakable ceiling is a new sub-area called the Junk Pit. You need to find a golden Sarcophogus there. Open the sarcophagus with the key you got from the Colosseum area to start the Godmaster content.
Other points of interest in the Junkpit include; a shortcut between the Junkpit and the Nailsmith(must be opened from the Junkpit side), and a new npc called the Fluke Hermit(purely lore).
Misc content: you can now deliver Delicate Flowers from the grave to various npcs; Oro, Emilitia, Pale Lady, and Godmaster. There might be others but I'm not sure.

It should be noted that you won't have access to all of the Godmaster content on a save where you did not save Zote, and/or chose Banishment instead of the Ritual.

im using an old save and I cant remember if I didn't save zote or not... I'm pretty sure I chose the ritual because I fought Nightmare Grimm.

Have you fought the Grey Prince?

Just an FYI, the boss rush is segmented into 5 'pantheons'. And since Grey Prince is one of the required bosses for the 3rd pantheon, you would only have access to the first 2 pantheons if you didn't save Zote.
There is also an area in Godhome called the "Hall of Gods". You can use this area to practice bosses on three difficulties: Attuned(basically normal mode), Ascended(you take double damage, some bosses also get other effects), and Radiant(Ascended mode but you die in one hit).

Can I practice the new bosses at the end of boss rush that I havent beaten yet?

Are there not boss statues for the bosses in the 4th (final?) boss rush ? I died to False Knight or FAlse Champion w/e he is, and I can't find a statue to practice him.

You have to DreamNail the False Knight statue to be able to practice Failed Champion

Some statues have a lever you can hit with your Nail, and others have a Dream sigil that you need to hit with your Dream Nail.
