There are 2 doors in the Hall of Gods that most likely open upon beating each boss on attuned and ascended respectively. There’s a gate by the Pantheons that opens once you beat all three, and there’s that weird door looking thing outside the Hall of Gods that I believe tracks what bindings you’ve been successful with.

I don't know about the bottom door since I'm still working on getting all the checkmarks, but the top one opened for me after Absolute Radiance.

The one to the left of the Hall of Gods is unlocked by clearing pantheons with bindings. Collect enough, and Lifeblood cocoons will appear in increased numbers in resting rooms.

and some of them seem to be bigger than the others. what's that?

To my knowledge, the bigger slots are the levels where you unlock the lifeblood cocoons

Can now confirm the bottom door opens after every boss in the list has been beaten on at least attuned.

I assume she’s the boss of the 5th pantheon

because i know where are my limits and i know that i dont will beat it, i wanna know what happens, if
1) all bosses killed on radiant version
2) all pantheon gold (i mean atm i dont see a difference vs a gold one and a 4 binding bronze one, if you dont do them at once, but they are visible in inventory so there could be secret or this could be a key for something else :D)

if someone of you have enough patience to do it :D

1) the statue I linked above changes
2) iirc doing the first 4 pantheons with all bindings is related to the blue door next to the hall of gods and apparently unlocks lifeblood masks when resting at a bench in a pantheon, doing all 5 with all bindings unlocks a secret area that contains a journal entry. It's not necessary to do them all in a single run, so I'm not sure if them being gold changes anything.
