Can't get Salubra's Blessing
I cant get It dispite having all 40 charms ( i counted) Everytime I visit her She says 1 more Charm needed. Am I missing something I have half of the white fragment but that would make 41 charms?

I figured it out literally right after I posted this. The White Palace is insane I dont know if I'll complete it.
