I'm not sure if the Radiance would trigger the ending, it would have to be in a really tall room to actually spawn within the confines of the level(because it will treat the level as if it were the Radiance arena, which is really tall, thanks to the plaforming phase where she snipes you).
Chaos mode, is both easier and harder than normal mode.
On one hand, you can just leave and reenter a room in chaos mode and hope for something that won't obliterate you. On the other hand, any enemy can be anything in chaos mode, with basically no restrictions.
In normal mode, the randomization is more procedural, and conforms to a seed. Each enemy is randomized according to an assigned type, and enemies of the same 'species' within a room will all become the same enemy... which can be problematic when every Boofly in the main chasm of Kingdom's Edge becomes Gorb(as shown in a screenshot I showed earlier).

Also, I see you're using Defender's Crest + Glowing Womb. Interesting note about Glowing Womb; it does 9 impact dmg normally, but only does 4 impact dmg when comboed with Defender's Crest. The upside to the D Crest combo is that it gains a small AoE, and some DoT. This means the combo COULD affect multiple enemies and COULD do more dmg overall, but it seems wasteful to use a valuable notch for D Crest when the dmg ouptut of Glowing Womb without it is more consistant. Don't get me wrong, the D Crest + Sporeshroom combo is decent, and the D Crest + Flukenest combo does have some utility(though its not that good)... The D Crest + Glowing Womb combo seems pretty worthless.
Speaking of glitchy Mask Shards, Brooding Mawlek turned into a giant Husk Dandy, and won't give me one.
It seems to me you don't get a mask shard no matter what enemy spawns in the Brooding Mawlek boss room (except maybe an actual Brooding Mawlek).
Also, I killed the Enraged Guardian in Greenpath, and he isn't showing up in his boss room in Crystal Peak, so I can't open the gate with the mask shard inside.
Also, you know the Moss Prophet? the guy in the cathedral inbetween Queen's Garden and the Fungal Wastes? You know how he has 4 Moss guys around him? Yeah, in my seed, there are 4 Enraged Guardians in there. The moment I walked in there I got lit the f*** up, and promptly noped out of there.
It's hilarious by the way when a Husk Miner spawns inside a building in the City of Tears, because they will still dig into the floor with their pickaxe when idle, as if they're, you know, mining.
Funnily enough, the Husk Dandies in the fountain room turned into Myla, and screamed "NOOOOOOooooo..." when I killed them.
Bummer.
But your idea is funny too. Even though I'm pretty sure they would just attack you.
It worked just fine for the Godmaster Update, despite the mod not being made for it, so how did THIS update break it?
