Skipped Cutscenes?
Hey I just got Hollow knight this week and I'm really loving it but this bug keeps happening where cutscenes go for about 1 second then are cut off. I don't touch any button so does anyone know whats happening?

Turning v-sync ON solved this same problem for me.

Unfortunetly cutscenes later in the game have the same problem, even with v-sync on.

What if you force Vsync on the GPU configuration panel?

What if you lower the refresh rate to 60 and then enable vsync?

What helped for me was reinstalling the game and also turning V-Sync on.

Of course, you should backup your save files beforehand.
