Buy on steam or switch???????

Switch. You can't take version for Steam with you to play in Hollow Knight during travels or just in bed.

The Switch version runs at 720p and has a few cut down effects, but it's still alright.

Well it IS on sale...
Switch version is cut back a little bit too. Honestly depends on if you plan on replaying it. If not, get on steam.

Hmmmm, very true, I wanted to pick up dead cells as well but it wont be releasing till the end of august. + it will be full price as well.

I'll have to think about this one a bit more

Honestly this is what i might end up doing lol. I'll get it on steam first; for the sale. if i really love it then ill get it on switch. I don't do pretty much any gaming outside of my own home so the portability isnt that much of a problem for me.

Plus my Pc is also hooked up to my TV via hdmi so i can plop down on my couch and play it there if i wanted to.

I re-bought it on the Switch for a casual replay in bed, and it plays great! I do prefer the PC version for its higher resolution and slightly faster load times. If you end up loving the game like most of the community you'll buy both versions eventually.

oh yea and Switch has HD rumble which is used REALLY well, so thats something that PC would never have

I ended up getting it on switch earlier this week because I looked up the controls and switch controls seemed more intuitive.
