Gruzzers?

So I completed the game, beating The Radiance and completing all the endings. Now I am trying to complete the Hunter's Journal, but I need to kill 1, just 1 Gruzzer. But now, I have Infected Crossroads and those don't spawn anymore. Where can I get to kill one?

Go to the big room in Crossroads, then enter the lowest door on the left side. There are two infected Gruzzers and a small one.
