Weaver's song underrated?
I don't see many guides or player talking about this charm but it actually got some pretty neat potential to it. Combined with Grubsong it can be a SOUL farmer, especially useful against "big" bosses such as The Radience, Traitor Lord and White Defender, it's quite easy to get once you've deafeted the Mantis Lords and had upgraded your nail once.

Alot of charms are good but everyone always talks about min-max builds. Usually either "use soul to do damage" or "use nail to do damage". Passive builds like summoning stuff and Sharp Shadow are quite good as you can spend more of your focus on dodging and still do decent damage. Also: The invulnerable-heal + quickheal + do-damage-on-heal combo is neat.

yeah, those combos are quite forgotten as well, but this more "passive" build I've made actually does a ton of spell damage (as long as you're good at dodging)

this helped me a lot on fighting the radiance

Weaversong is much better now than it used to be. The Lifeblood update removed one weaverling, but buffed the damage to compensate along with better ai and charm synergies. I would think most of the guides that rate it poorly probably did so before that and haven’t updated yet.

I've tried using Weaversong, alone or with complementing charms, and never got much use of it. The weaverlings tend to be pretty unaggressive unless you're right up in an enemy's face, and at that point you could also be doing more damage with your nail from a different charm set. I do enjoy having the weaverlings out when I'm just walking around, though.

This is exactly why people prefer min-max builds. I quite like Weaversong and Sharpshadow (+Dashmaster) for NK Grimm as I find just dodging to be difficult enough against him honestly. Its the kind of build to take when the other strats aren't working out for you so you can focus more on surviving a fight.
