I see Joni's Blessing is nerfed.

Note: this is from what I see + I haven't done full research; so correct me if I'm wrong.

Prior to Lifeblood update (or, hopefully, the beta version of it), Joni's Blessing added quite a lot of masks + made it completely impossible to heal.
But now, I see that with 9 HP, Blessing makes a total of 13. AKA you can just equip Lifeblood Core and have same HP, but with less used notches and ability to heal. This makes Blessing worthless unless you want to equip all lifeblood notches, but why would you do that?
I'm sure it used to add more masks. Just equipping it, my eyes told me number of masks isn't normal.
If what I'm saying is true, why would Team Cherry do this? One and only option I can think of is to make it harder to get Lifeblood Core, but that's just stupid.

I really hope my memory failed me and Joni's Blessing is the same. But if it's not, just know I'm mad.

As far as I’m aware it’s always been a 50% increase, so unless it used to round up (9 + 5) and now rounds down (9 + 4), then I think it’s always been like that.

Edit: the wiki says it should be 50% + 1, so maybe that + 1 was removed for some reason.

Its not nerfed. You get 14 masks with jonis and 9 masks. You get 13 with lifeblood core. Its 50% +1

For me, in Lifeblood beta, it's 13. I counted.

Well apparently some of the more OP charms were nerfed (Quickslash and Flukenest in particular) so maybe TC wanted to get rid of the Joni’s + Quickslash facetank build.
