I can't get to Traitor lord in Queens Gardens

I have all the movement upgrades (Wings, Super Dash, Isma's Tear), but every single way i go there is something blocking the way.

Update: I forgot to say that i have shadow dash

There's another mobility upgrade you get late game that lets you go through those inky barriers.

The box with to ways to go in the middle of the screenshot. I cant go in it because there is a rectangle thing with a green rope blocking the way

If I recall correctly, you need to go down and around through where Cornifer's map shows first. That spot will need to be opened from the other side first.

Go down and left from there, there should be a small platforming section with a switch at the end.
