So can you still explore the whole Queen's Garden after you get the Monarch Wing?

It happened to me that I didn't talk to that moss prophet before I got monarch wings, and when I come to this spot the shortcut from fungal waste to queen's garden was shut. What should I do....

Quite sure that shortcut opens from the other side regardless of when you visit it. You can't lock yourself out of anything besides one of the endings (though you can argue that you "lock" yourself out of certain rooms after you complete them, but you remove their purpose by completing them either way, so you aren't losing anything).

Queen's Garden has 3 entrances so you don't need to worry about that.

There are actually 4, the one to green path, the one to fog canyon, the one to fungal wastes, and the one to deepnest (there may also be another conection to fungal wastes but i don't remember)
