Anyway.
I thought sth :
- I finish the game a first time not at 100% : I get the first achievement (Steel Soul).
- I go to 100%.
- I copy the save.
- I modify the save to go in Normal mode
- I finish the game on that save : I get the third achievement (Speed Completion)
- I return to the original save and I finish : I end with Steel Heart.
I that possible to do ?

Looks like I just have to set the value of "permadeathMode" to 0, when the moment will come.
But in the code, there was at first the line which give "Aperture science", and at last the line which give "Basic science". So the game page on Steam display "Basic Science" as my last achievement, the one which get me to the 100%. While "Aperture science" has a better logo, a better name and a better meaning.
I don't want this to happen in Hollow Knight, and have just "Speed completion", while I could have "Steel Heart".
Hope it was clear. :D
Can someone quote the #3 msg, so I can set it as answer ?
