Glowing mushroom tubes

Under the acid lake that leads to deepnest and queen's garden ther is a cluster of orange glowing tubes that look like they are for something.
Anyone know what these are?

That is just a fungal structure where you found the Sporeshroom charm.

Or are you talking about the various tubes around the Fungal Wastes that "talk" to you when you wear the Sporeshroom charm?
