Is there a bench close to the Soul Master?

I have to go through the whole Soul Sanctum each time I die and this is tedious :(

if you break the wall to the right of the bench in CoT you get a shortcut you can use :D

This is correct, but you have to break the wall from the other side. It's halfway up the elevator to the door that requires a key at the lower left of the Soul Sanctum.

I don't think so: to get the double jump you need the super dash, and to get the super dash you need the ability the Soul Master gives you :/

You can get the ability from Soul Master and come back later to Dream Nail his corpse, you don't have to do it immediately.

Actually if you get the Lumafly Lantern, there's another route you can take to get into Crystal Mines.

I was talking about defeating the Soul Tryant not the Soul Master anyways
