Strange noises in Fungal Wastes

Near the entrance to Deepnest and the Queen's Gardens at the sign that reads:
"This border bounds the twisting, scratching things. Their dead sire, once of honoured caste. Their sealed mother, but the common beast. No peace with them we make."
There appears to be some strange murmering, does anyone know what this is?

That's just the sound the tablets in Fungal Wastes make.
You normally cannot read them unless you have equipped the Spore Charm. So the murmur is basically a language of the shrooms which you get to hear and understand with the help of the charm.

They technically aren't tablets, they're pipes that echo the voices and memories of the Fungal overmind. When you wear the Sporeshroom charm, you can hear the voice, and interacting with it will reveal some lore.
