Simple Key?
So I hadn't unlocked the City of Tears once i got the simple key from Sly. As a result, I used it on the door to unlock Jiji. Now sly doesn't sell the key again and i no longer have to key in my inventory. What do i do?

there is another simple key at city of tears, if you have already unlocked it.

i haven't unlock the underground waterways (whatever its called). Is it IN the city or underneath?

I recommend checking out the YouTuber "Relyea" he's super handy when it comes to anything Hollow Knight and "Help Me I'm Stuck" if you need tips on bosses. Goodluck on your quest!

You can find more simple keys. Two in areas you probably haven't been to yet, and one in the city northwest section, you have to explore the city for a bit first though
