Interactive Hallownest Map and Timelapse videos
Hi everyone, some of you might be familiar with my work, hallownest.net is an interactive map of the world of Hollow Knight that I assemble from (by now hundreds of) thousands of screenshots and a lot of draw-over and correction is involved, resulting in a very detailed map that is zoomable to gameplay-view.

Currently the areas that are done are:
King's Pass, Dirtmouth, Forgotten Crossroads, Crystal Peak, Greenpath, Resting Grounds, Howling Cliffs and City of Tears. Currently working on Ancient Basin and the Abyss.

Some quick answers to questions I frequently get:
*According to my most up-to-date calculation, it will be around 120,000 x 65,000.
*Yes, I'd like to include dream areas (White Palace, Godhome etc), but I'm not sure how I'll do this yet.
*Yes, I will map out the infected version of Crossroads and there'll be a toggle on the interactive map to switch between the two.
*There are downloads to the completed maps on the website (Howling Cliffs, Resting Grounds and City of Tears not yet uploaded).

The timelapse videos of the making of these maps can be found in this playlist:

You can see updates on the map on my twitter (https://twitter.com/theembracedone), and my discord server (https://discord.me/theembracedone).

Hope you'll enjoy what you see, and thank you for reading!

What about interior areas like the Beast’s Den and the large geo deposit in Kingdom’s Edge?

Hey, nice work. I thought about doing something similar to Path of Pain, but I really didn't take time to do it. I hope you will be able to add this one to your list.
Asriel - the large Geo Deposit will be included for sure. For "indoors" areas such as Beast's Den (if you mean inside, where the bench and Herra's body is), or places like the Crystal Mound etc, they wont be included in the "overworld" map, but I will consider making a second version of the map with all of the indoors areas only. The problem with this is that because the areas are so tightly next to each other, there's just no space to put the indoors stuff on the overworld map.

Alternatively, I'll consider doing each indoors area separately and making them a feature in the interactive map, such as in form of a button in the corner of the map to show/hide indoors areas.

Ramonpontes, I would like to map out "indoors" and dream areas once I'm done with the overworld.
