Mister Mushroom #3 doesnt spawn

He did spawn on the first and second location, but for some reason he isnt in the deepnest, or in any of the other locations. Did i miss something? do I have to do something in between these encounters?

No, you just need to talk to him to get him going.

Maybe you're looking at the wrong place? His Deepnest location is below the Failed Tramway room.

I visited the wiki to make sure i was right, and watched a youtube video, he just isnt there. I had the spore charm and the first 2 encounters were alright
