Absolute Radiance bug - has this happened to anyone else?

So after six months and 100 hours or so of playing this game, after griping about Nightmare King and Pure Vessel until I got good enough to beat them, I finally made it to Absolute Radiance in the Pantheon of Hallownest, and while I lost, I at least unlocked her so I've been practicing in the Hall of Gods.

This bug happened to me twice today, however. In the first platform stage of the fight (after the Void wraps up Radiance but she breaks free), I was "pogoing" on top of Radiance with my nail and getting some hits in. I got hit while I was partially off the top of the screen, and when that happened, the entire screen started filling with Void.

The second time I was close enough to death that it didn't matter, but the first time, I got to full health, got hit once, and then the entire screen filled with Void and I couldn't continue. I just kept taking 1 damage for "falling into the Void below" and kept respawning in a full of screen of Void where I couldn't do anything; rinse, repeat until I died.

Has this happened to anyone else? It happened to me twice in a span of 15 minutes just now.

Yep, I believe it's because going high enough triggers the void to rise in a later stage of the fight, but because you aren't there yet there's no way to avoid the void when it rises.

Yeah. Instant death. I've had it 3 times, and I've submitted it as a report

Had this happen a couple days ago while I waited for Radiance to spawn. Just floated there until Radiance killed me with lasers.

Yeah, something similar happened to me once, except the needle was floating further away and in the corner so it didn't really affect the battle (also I lost pretty quickly).

Another oddity-- has anyone had the lifeseeds in the checkpoints on a pantheon run just disappear on them? I'll crack open the Lifeblood Cocoon, and one of them will just disappear (or perhaps I hit it but the Lifeblood doesn't come to me).
