I'm stuck right now...

So basically I beat the game some time ago and now I want to achieve the "true" ending, but I just don't know what I have to do for it. I've completed a White Palace location, made my dream nail became awaken and that's it. I haven't complete the 3d arena fight yet and I don't know where to find the shadow cape.
If someone can tell me what I need to do without plot spoilers I would be very pleased

In King’s Station, you can get access to Kingdom’s Edge. There you will find a boss. After you defeat you will be able to get an item that will allow you to open a new area where you can find the Shade Cloak. Once you have it, you need to find your way to the Queen’s Gardens, which you can access to through the Fog Canyon. If you are able to make it through there, you will find the last part of the charm you collected from the White Palace.

Wow... Beating White Palace before getting Shade Cloak? I knew it was possible, but I saw it as some sort of challenge, not a thing a blind player would do... Good job.

White Palace isn't that hard by itself, BUT...
Actually, I've almost done the Path of Pain, but I have no clue how to go through the final room with moving spikes and saws. I tried to do it for long 12 hours, but I had to admit my defeat...
The first section of a game in my gaming history that I couldn't fully complete... And this guy beat NKG, yes

you will have to beat traitor lord at queens garden. then you will complete king soul. come back to
the abyss (blocked path, open with king´s brand) and a secret path will open. take the item and enjoy.

You’ll also need to go back to the Abyss after getting the full charm the white fragment becomes. You’ll be able to go deeper underground in the large starting room. Keep exploring downward and you’ll eventually come across a memory. Afterwards, you will be able to get the second and third endings.
