Can't access failed champion

so apparently I'm the state of infected city, and when i return to the place where i fight failed knight i can't dream nail him, when i got to the upper room above him i can hear sound of crying-like maggot spirit, but i can't seem reach/see it, any solution?

Theres a hidden little room where the False Knight's body was taken. You have to find a false/breakable wall somewhere in that area.
I can't exactly remember its specific location, but its somewhere hiding in the room you first fought the Knight, just explore or check walls you might not have before.
