I’ve yet to see the Godhome endings. Dream No More feels more cinematic and final. I love the final scene of the siblings.
Dream No More is the best ending in my mind in terms of resolving the story, and the music that plays during it is my favorite out of all the endings.
Embrace the Void has tons of lore implications and somehow seems to be happier(?) than the Dream No More ending.
With this in mind, the first two endings (Dream No More and Sealed Siblings) are temporary solutions, since the Knight only replaces the Hollow Knight as the Vessel.
The other two endings (Dream No More and Embrace the Void) are definitive solutions, since the source of the infection is defeated.
I also choose this ending as the best. Both Hornet and the Hollow Knight are alive, and the infection is gone forever (apparently).
While Embrace the Void, from what I’ve read, seems more like a cool what if scenario.
cuz hornet doesnt die
