Delicate Flower route or charm combination
I've tried like ten times to get to Queen's Garden but it seems impossible to not get hurt. I would try to go through City of Tears but the gate is closed (I activated the switch to enter before and the door closed behind me and it doesn't open anymore). Could anyone share with me a route or a charm combination?

The route is simple. Pick one that you can memorize quickly. It doesn't matter as much as the method: Clear everything before starting the quest. Don't rest on a bench. Start the quest. Only the weaklings will respawn and hopefully none of those will hit you. Everything else will remain dead until you rest on a bench again.

I ran along the second to bottom row of the Forgotten Crossroads. Just equip the Shaman Stone and Spell Twister to one shot most enemies with Shade Soul. Don't worry about overcharming as it doesn't matter since you wont be getting hit. You can spam it at all the enemies and recharge via Dream Nailing the invincible wurms about halfway through.

Go all the way across directly into Fog Canyon, then drop until you can enter the Queen's Garden THROUGH THE SIDE. Spamming Shade Soul as needed.

It took me 3 attempts with this route. The two failed attempts were from hitting the explosive bubbles entering Fog Canyon (They too can be destroyed with Shade Soul).

Here is my route as an image:

This is the best route imo. The section of Queen's Garden you go through here only has one Mantis Petra, which are one of the harder enemies to not get hit by, all the enemies in Fog Canyon are neutral so you can almost literally just ignore them.

A good charm combo for this is Grubberfly's Elegy + Fragile Strength + Quick Slash: if you're hit, you fail, so you'll always be at full health and there's next to no risk of dying. Put a Dream Gate by the start to make resetting easy and there should be literally no reason to die and break Fragile Strength. That ssould turn you into a machinegun of death, and with the addition of the Grimm Troupe charm notch, you should have 2 notches left over for whatever you want.

Other good charms:
  • Shaman Stone so you can easily kill the one Petra and make the most of your soul (Grubberfly's Elegy beams don't generate soul, so you should save it for stronger enemies)
  • Sharp Shadow to make that one dash at the end easier (though be careful not to let it screw up your other dashes, particularly in Fog Canyon where it can set off Ooma)
  • Spell Twister for the same reason as Shaman Stone (Soul Conservation)
  • Nailmaster's Glory if you can reliably use Nail Arts while platforming
  • Heavy Blow/Longnail/Mark of Pride to keep enemies away better

Charms to avoid:
  • Fragile Heart/Lifeblood Heart/Lifeblood Core/Joni's Blessing/Hiveblood/Shape of Unn/Deep Focus/Quick Focus: If you can't get hit, health doesn't matter.
  • Fury of the Fallen: Can be goo with the above-mentioned combo due to the Grubberfly's Elegy synergy, but is probably too risky, especially with Fragile Strength.
  • Defender's Crest/Spore Shroom/Grimmchild/Glowing Womb/Weaversong/Dreamshield: Uncontrolled damage will most likely end up setting of Ooma in Fog Canyon and getting you hit.

Also, since you can't get hit anyway, there's no real cost to overcharming, so you should attempt to leave off the most expensive charm you want to use and fill 10 of your 11 notches before equipping that one for maximum charm capacity.

This is definitely one of the more annoying things in the game, good luck! :quirrel:

Thank you, the three of you were very helpful. Did it with that route at my second try.
