Stuck at a deadend

Hi everyone, a little help would be appreciated.

So, in the southeast part of Deepnest there is an area over the working tram station, where a vessel fragment is supposed to be located.

When I reach this area, I can find no fragment. Also, I cant go back because of the architecture of the area, so im stuck. Am I missing something?

If you’ve reached the right side of the room then you need to bounce up on the vertical Garpede. You can go left from up there.

You nail pogo up the garpede that goes up to the ceiling in that area at the far right.
