Hidden Lore Tablets

I am having trouble locating some of the lore tablets in the game.

For example; In the Soul Sanctum I found "Record Aba" & "Record Cenda", but I can't for the life of me figure out where "Record Bela" could be located.
Record Aba: "The mind still limits us so. How to break past its constraints?To attain a pure focus, is it even possible?"
Record Bela: "To manipulate a soul, reformation of the mind must first occur. Few can bear such change. The path to true progress is littered with mistakes."
Record Cenda: "Spare thought for those consumed. Through their grace we are evolved. No plague of mind shall overcome us now."

I am also missing Greenpath tablets #4 & #5 (there are 6 in total);
Mossy Tablet #1: "From moss and leaf our life is drawn. While it grows upon the path we shall never wilt."
Mossy Tablet #2: "Those who stray from the White King's roads shall face the law of Unn."
Mossy Tablet #3: "The greater mind once dreamed of leaf and cast these caverns so. In every bush and every vine the mind of Unn reveals itself to us."
Mossy Tablet #4: "The Green Children walked from the dream unto these lands. Here we now shall wait, patient, for the call to return."
Mossy Tablet #5: "Hidden Unn, we need you now. We grow tired away from you. Our leaves are falling."
Mossy Tablet #6: "Though once our lands, a pale being lays claim to the caverns ahead. It may appear benevolent but it does not share our dream. Be wary to wander that place."

And the last lore tablet that I can't find is one that reads as follows;
"Missing monarch, we need you now. The madness spreads. The Vessel fails. You must return to us."
Interestingly enough, I've seen excepts of this particular tablet when I dream nail the corpses of Royal Retainers.

They aren't in game probably or are very well hidden. Mossy Tablet #4 is in the map before the first Hornet fight. Top right.

I ran into Record Bela a few days ago and remembered this thread.
Record Bela is across to the far right and down of the chest you get for beating Soul Master, just make sure to dive on that ground to break it.

I ran into Record Bela a few days ago and remembered this thread.
Record Bela is across to the far right and down of the chest you get for beating Soul Master, just make sure to dive on that ground to break it.

That's Cenda, not Bela.

On the off chance you still need Record Bela it is located on the far right of the room you enter when leaving the Soul Master fight. There is a breakable floor right next to it aswell.
