Missing Pale Ore

First of all, I'd like to say I have gotten 3 Pale Ores in total. I have the third upgrade and none in my inventory.

For 100% sure I've gotten the Pale Ores from the following:

Grubfather
Seer

That accounts for 2 that I've gotten. I'm not entirely sure where I got the third, but what I do know is that it had to be either the Ancient Basin or from Hallownest as I just reached the Colosseum yesterday and haven't beaten Nosk. The problem is, neither Pale Ore appears in EITHER possible place I've reached. I cannot get the fourth Pale Ore and have no idea why they aren't in my game. I've used the wikia and seen Google videos about their exact locations, but they just aren't there for me. What in the heck do I have to do about this? I want the third and final nail upgrade.

I'm not sure what to tell you then. I recall each of these locations myself as where I got them. All I can suggest is double checking them all. grub and seer are pretty unavoidable. You'd know if you got the one in the first colosseum trial.

I had to backtrack to crystal peak for that one myself, as I never have the monarch wings at that point (haven't checked to see if it is possible to do that).

Ancient Basin I got on my way through, though it is a long slog through many enemies. Lotsa turns, have you made sure you fully explored that side area?

I've explored both areas. I have checked each area twice and they are just not there.

Pretty sure Nosk is the boss that drops one.
Other than that, it might be another drop bug.

Either it's a bug, in which case you're probably out of luck, or you picked up both already and you're miscounting which ones you've gotten. Human memory is notoriously unreliable.

Keep going and complete the other ares to acquire the other pale ores, and keep doing Grubfather. If you really are missing one, sorry. Submit a bug ticket.

Grubfather only gives you ONE Pale Ore when you find 31 grubs. You sure you got this one?

1 Pale Ore is behind Nosk (room after) - Deepnest
1 from Grubfather (31° grub)
1 in Ancient Basin
1 top of Crystal peak (require "double jump" aka the wings)
1 in the Trial of conqueror, colosseum of fools

I 100% have gotten the one from the Seer and Grubfather. I haven't beaten Nosk or Trial of the Conqueror, so I am missing those. I have the third upgrade of the Nail as well. So, that means I have collected 3 of the 6 already. I have looked and looked and looked for the Pale Ore's you find in the Ancient Basin and Crystal Peak. They are NOT there nor are they in my inventory with all of my other items. I'm almost 100% sure they are suppose to be in my inventory with like my Tram Pass and other items like that, yes? They're simply not there. I don't have anymore, which means I'm missing 3.

Also, where would I go to submit a bug ticket?
