Bretta Mask Shard

Erm... I happened to save Bretta *after* beating Zote... does this make the Bretta house mask shard unobtainable? (Or maybe I did get it in Zote's house, and just forgot)

Is the shard not there once she starts obsessing over Zote? I don't see why it wouldn't still show up, you still have access to her house.

I.... don't remember. I think I got it, but I'm still unsure. I could just check each mask shard area to see what happens.

Unless you're one shard away from the health up and really need it for a boss fight or something I wouldn't bother going to check them all now. Just wait until you're doing clean-up for 100% to see if you're missing anything. (Unless you're already there of course, which you might be seeing as you've been to the Zote fight)

Thing is, I am going for 100%. And things like this give me really bad anxiety.

by beating Zote, do you mean in Colosseum? because I also did that, and Zote still appears in Dirtmouth after I saved Bretta

Sorry for all this, turns out I did get it. I just thought I didn't because
1. Irrational anxiety
2. I got distracted by the whispering root when trying to get the Deepnest shard.
Now, I just need the Delicate Flower shard!

Don't worry ,in this game there is no point in the game where if you miss something that's it, you can always obtain it another way.
