What does Spell Twister actually do?

The descipton says you should have extra soul to cast spells. But with it unequipped I can cast exactly 3 heals. With it equiplled, I can still cast exactly 3 heals.

So, is this thing bugged or does it have an actual use?

Heals are not spells

They take soul/mana. They are spells. The charm is mislabelled if it only affects the fireball.

No it is not. Focus != spells.
Charm affects all spells

Focus, shade cloack, mantis claw are abilities not spell.

ah.. in Hollow Knight wiki, focus is in spells category but I just somehow think focus isn't spell. LOL

There are 2 other spells in the game that spell twister affects. Spells seem to be anything that can be triggered with the 'quick cast' button.
