Where do I find the Zote Dream Boss?

Where do I find him? I hear he is in some basement but I don't know where it is. Where is it?

Edit: You can face him up to 10 times he gets harder each time apparently

Did you save Zote twice and beat him in arena? If zote is dead, you can simply restart a whole game.

He is alive.
He has also stolen my fangirl and is constantly talking to her outside of her house in Dirtmouth, he even brought back a helmet from the arena as a "trophy".

I did beat the other boss, Radiance is dead. I killed her several times now.

Are you sure you actually have the DLC downloaded? That's the only thing I could think of.

I literally uninstalled and reinstalled. I also restarted Steam. Nothing.

It should be noted that Zote is indeed easy at first, but after three fights he deals three masks of damage per hit no matter how he hits you, is sped up, and gets two new annoying mobs as well as a buff to his formerly lazy flies. He becomes harder than all the other dream bosses imo
