Can't Find Cloth

I think I've messed up Cloth's encounters somehow. I tried to save her on this playthrough, so I fought the Traitor Lord before saving her from the Hollow Basin. Now she isn't showing up anywhere, or at least anywhere that I can find. I've searched the Queen's Garden and she isn't showing up at all. Am I just missing something obvious? Do I have the wrong location?

If you already killed the Traitor Lord, she may be up in Dirtmouth.
